French windows in the lounge open onto a private patio to provide rural views and feeding area for birds and badgers.

The kitchen forms an integral part of the open-plan lounge/diner. There is a fridge, full size electric hob and microwave combining convection oven and grill.

The lobby is tiled and leads to the bathroom which has a shower, WC and washbasin.
